Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Excellent oven cleaning service! My double Bosch oven was in a terrible state and the Fantastic team did an amazing job and left it looking like new. Fair price, easy booking, professional, meticulous and punctual - I wouldn’t hesitate to book again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment I logged my first service request the team have been amazing. I received call to ensure they understood the request, asked follow up questions and explained how the service will work.
