Had sliding doors fitted. 5 star service. Workers were very friendly and did a great job, leaving no mess whatsoever. Will definately use this company again for any home improvements

Faultless
Could not fault the company at all. From having Chris round to talk through the windows, then the surveyor, followed by prep work by the builder Raz and then the installing of the windows by Mark & Kevin. Had no issues, they worked professional, respecting the property and very clean workers. They are not pushy unlike Anglian Windows and this is the first time using EYG.
Order costing 33,000 with EYG they mess it all up
EDIT - after posting they started to do things as per agreed. Ordered works costs 33,000 with EYG, there were the cheapest firm to quote by Β£2,000 by so this should this is not quote that is too cheap for the works etc. sadly its impossible to get them to actually perform and start work or even provide a start date as apparently there are issues with my order which sales need to resolve but never action.
Pushy Sales -Youβll Never Get Rid
It started off okay. I ordered windows through them but quickly realised that they are very pushy with sales. Salesperson made me order and pay then and there to get the βbest dealβ and also wanted a man available, my partner, which I found extremely sexist and worrying. Got some sliding doors from them which were half fitted and left in a sorry state. I had to chase up months after to get this sorted which took two attempts to get right. Door wasnβt the right size which was disappointing. Since then I havenβt wanted to use them but I am getting cold called consistently on a weekly basis. Asked them to take me off from their contacts list which still has not been done.

This is the second time in a matter of weeks that we have used EYG for replacement windows and both times have been very happy with their work. They arrived on time and on both occasions the work was done to a very high standard and the are was cleared of all debris on completion.All the fitters were very helpful and pleasant. Thank you all especially Ray.

Fantastic Work
We have just had our windows and doors installed by EYG, and must say they look fantastic, the quality seems to be really good. A special thank you to Mick and Ashley who were lovely, and they worked really hard and never stopped. They were polite at all times and very helpful all the time they were with us. Their attention to detail was first class. I would gladly recommend EYG in future. And can only hope Mick and Ashley get the recognition from the bosses which they truly deserve. Thank You.

The doors are great and well worth theβ¦
The doors are great and well worth the money, it was just the install was not completed very quickly and not the greatest communications when organising to re visit and complete. It also took quite a long time to complete all issues before install was complete. All install staff/engineers were very polite and helpful just the information given to us compared to what the engineers knew about left a lot to be desired and had me making a ridiculous amount of phone calls to sort, not all the people on the phone were that polite or helpful meaning a manager would have to call me back.

We have used EYG seven times in the last 44 years. We have always been satisfied with their work. Our latest improvement is a new pitched roof on the conservatory that they built for us eight years ago. The conservatory has been a great addition to our home. The new roof is so much warmer and is a more open looking space. Kev and Alan have done an excellent job for us. The final plastering was also tidily done. Thanks for another boost to our comfort. John and Ann Thompson.

Third time I have had dealings with EYG. The mere fact I keep returning says it all. No Pushy salesmen, just simple honest advice and help, with a competitive pricing. Fitters do a good job in a prespecified time frame and clear up after themselves.
