sliding doors fitted
Had sliding doors fitted. 5 star service. Workers were very friendly and did a great job, leaving no mess whatsoever. Will definately use this company again for any home improvements

Could not fault the company at all. From having Chris round to talk through the windows, then the surveyor, followed by prep work by the builder Raz and then the installing of the windows by Mark & Kevin. Had no issues, they worked professional, respecting the property and very clean workers. They are not pushy unlike Anglian Windows and this is the first time using EYG.
EDIT - after posting they started to do things as per agreed. Ordered works costs 33,000 with EYG, there were the cheapest firm to quote by £2,000 by so this should this is not quote that is too cheap for the works etc. sadly its impossible to get them to actually perform and start work or even provide a start date as apparently there are issues with my order which sales need to resolve but never action.
It started off okay. I ordered windows through them but quickly realised that they are very pushy with sales. Salesperson made me order and pay then and there to get the ‘best deal’ and also wanted a man available, my partner, which I found extremely sexist and worrying. Got some sliding doors from them which were half fitted and left in a sorry state. I had to chase up months after to get this sorted which took two attempts to get right. Door wasn’t the right size which was disappointing. Since then I haven’t wanted to use them but I am getting cold called consistently on a weekly basis. Asked them to take me off from their contacts list which still has not been done.

Took 7 months when told at point of sale it would be 2-3, left with scrapes in my wallpaper as it was one man having to do all the work and carrying the doors solo. Already had them back to re seal one door. French door left with damaged plaster and 40 cm crack, covered up with the white door sealant to hide it. A long wait for a poor job, be careful when you sign the dotted line, there is no cancelling. Edit - it’s been a couple of weeks now and I’ve had no reply to any contact to EYG to fix the issues, so much for a 10 year warranty.
I would never use or recommend EYG to anyone, granted this is from almost 3 yrs ago now, i have only now calmed down enough to leave a review, everything started positive, salesman was quick to make an appointment and "create" our drawing as to what "we" wanted, quite excited to be getting a conservatory made to our requirements... and that is where the good stuff ends..... Builder who set the foundation of not just the conservatory but our expectation, he was awful.. walls not straight had to be told on more than one occasion the wall was leaning!! then came the fun part, was told we could not have the roof we wanted? so had to settle for "there" version of a roof the decision was made before we were even consulted as the drawing that was emailed to me stated "go with this design" so really did not matter what i said or wanted. fitters came and were amazed at how such a poor job had been done with the brickwork, and to quote, "don't think we have ever had to use so many packing pieces to level a window before, was almost 2inches out. walls not pointed, the bricks on the inside were meant to be left bare which is what we wanted, oh no, because of the appalling work by the brickie it had to be covered up, even the plasterer was embarrassed by it and did a good job covering up the mess, i told the salesman and even showed the salesman what light fittings i intended to use and it was agreed these would "fit" intot he roof space, again that was another lie told, instead a box had to be created up at the top to fit said light fittings and even then it was a squeeze had to remove some of the insulation to accommodate the lights, in essence we got what looks like a nice conservatory to visitors, but I know what lies beneath and would never ever recommend this company to family or friends..
All my windows and back door have been replaced over many years by EYG and this week they have replaced Facias & Sofitts. They have always been very professional with any work carried out from their sales team, surveyor and fitters. Quality of materials is always of high standard too. After sales service is excellent, they always return to fix any little niggles I may have no matter how small. All I have to replace now is my front door. Highly recommend
Very poor customer service. Poor communication. Dates changed more often than necessary. Took a very long time to complete the job. Very quick to ask for payment before completion. Workmanship was good. Product was very good.
This was my first purchase from EYG, a choice decided on from the reviews by others. From the beginning, considering my choice of door and the extras I wanted fitted, the waiting time due to COVID, and warranty on the goods purchased, was explained in depth but translated in an understandable way by my advisor. On installation day, the installers arrived early in the morning (app 9am) which I appreciated. They were friendly in a professional manner, extremely efficient installing the door, cleaned up after themselves on completion of the job, and explained the mechanisms of the door in layman’s terms. Overall, an excellent service that I would highly recommend to others considering purchasing from EYG!
Fitters arrived on time and were very friendly and did the work cleanly and proficiently. Very pleased with the work.would recommend them to anyone who needs new windows
Review of installation of bi-fold doors by EYG Technicians Mark and Damien…… These two guys are obviously very experienced and professional at what they do. They worked in an extremely neat, tidy and methodical way, resulting in the old conservatory doors being removed and the new bi-fold doors installed in a little over half a day. They took real pride in their work and left everything totally neat and tidy with zero damage to any of the interior decoration in that part of the house. On top of that, they were both friendly and happy to keep me informed about the job as it progressed. They are excellent ambassadors for the company they work for (EYG ) and we really appreciate the first class job they have done
