I hv been with EL for like 13-14 yrs. and itβs an amazing Tution center. The way their tutors teach is absolutely remarkable. But they shud try introducing cheaper Tution options for struggling families.

El Sale
Tom, Caitlin and all the Sale team are completely amazing. Our daughter struggles with anxiety and new places and Sale EL have helped her confidence. Tom the director ensured she was put on a zone weekly with the same tutor to reassure her. Chloe has really settled our daughter with her time at EL. I'd highly recommend them. Confidence and learning.

Do not recommend
A few good tutors but if you are lucky enough to be provided with a good tutor, do not expect to retain the same tutor for more than a month due to high tutor turnover. In addition, tutors keep changing their availability. Also, be careful to add very limited credit to your account as Explore Learning refuse to refund credits despite being unable to honour your childβs regular tuition times. Would not recommend.

Exceptional tutoring
Our personal Tutor (Angharad) at Explore Learn has been the only person to consistently engage my daughter in developing her confidence and academic skills over the past 5 years. My 11yr old has found education & social interactions extremely challenging at different times & has struggled to work with various people. Angharad has been incredibly patient, encouraging, resourceful, sensitive & supportive in so many inspiring ways to enable my daughter to engage & succeed in keeping up with mainstream education. Weβre hugely grateful to her & the wider Explore Learn team for making such a big difference in our lives. Especially through the additional difficulties of becoming a single parent when my husband died. Youβre truly amazing Angharad, thank you so much.

Explore Learning has been a greatβ¦
Explore Learning has been a great benefit the last 5 years for my child, from year 6 through to year 10. They started in a center and continued on line during COVID. They continued online pust COVID as the local center has closed. The help with Maths and English has helped their confidence as well as understanding of the topics. There is no specific assistance for GCSE's and the school was providing this, so my child stopped after year 10. They enjoyed in center and online sessions. Online layout is fun - students can choose their own avatar and can receive vouchers when levels are reached. Parents can access their child's data and book / rearrange sessions online. About every 3 months, parents/ carers are invited to a "parents evening". The main reason we stopped was the sessions cannot be catered to GCSE's. I would recommend Explore Learning.

English and Maths tuition
I have been taking both my boys for English and Maths tuition with explore learning in Gloucester for several years now. Also my eldest son did their 11plus training. Altogether the experience has been brilliant and I would really recommend anyone considering this type of group tuition. They have always been very accommodating (if needed to change any classes), the tutors have been all amazing, the resources are really good and easy to use from home and my boys really enjoy going there. Thanks everyone for all your help!
