eToro offre un servizio clienti incredibile, con assistenza costante e formata. La piattaforma permette di trattare migliaia di assets con ottime funzionalità integrate da TradingView. In più il servizio di classifica per i propri clienti garantisce benefit fantastici ed utili ai tuoi investimenti. Per chi volesse c'è anche la possibilità di guadagnare ottimi interessi sul saldo. Ps: io vengo assistito da Jury Di Consiglio che è davvero gentile e preparato. Insomma, piattaforma eccellente per trading ed investimenti!

Great platform with improved UX eToro is constantly evolving and improving its user experience, making trading easier and more intuitive. They have treated me like a dog I have account on etoro for 3 years and last week I was browsing the deposit section and accidentally pressed the paypal option and even though I pressed the X on the window etoro still made a transfer of $1000 from paypal without any intervention from me. They have the deposit windows pre filled with a 1000 euro/dollar amount instead of empty field probably on an expectation that something like this will happen I tried to reverse that transaction and a world of PAIN started. I opened a ticket on etoro and a dispute on paypal to try to reverse the deposit and both companies told me that was impossible as the transaction was complete. SO the only thing I could do was to withdraw the money back from etoro... but I immediately discovered that they BLOCKED my account Even though I plead with them stating that I needed to return the money back because I didnt have enough funds to cover for that ACCIDENTAL deposit they said that I now needed to confirm my identity and had to review the situation 6 days past until they finally returned the ability for me to withdraw MY MONEY! I had to scramble with other funds to cover for the deposit otherwise I would be in trouble with paypal. After all this I now discovered that my invest option is disabled so I cannot invest Now they have requested me to send a proof of address (after 3 years). Probably the investment block is related to this. Appalling treatment.

Sono ormai 8 anni che mi sono iscritto a questa piattaforma, nel tempo ho imparato ad usarla sempre meglio e devo dire che oltre ad essere "facile" viene sempre implementata anno dopo anno. Ho avuto diversi Account Manager dedicati che periodicamente mi hanno chiamato e "aggiornato" sui mercati e che sono sempre a disposizione per ogni domanda o dubbio. Queste persone le ho sempre trovate molto preparate, educate, gentili e questo per me ha un grande valore. Oggi il mio Account Manager è Cesare Pavoncello che come Juri DiConsiglio (quello precedente), come detto sono sempre disponibili per ogni necessità. Non posso che suggerire di provare questa piattaforma a tutti quelli interessati, consigliando comunque prima di operare con denaro reale, di provare il conto "virtuale", così da prendere confidenza con tutto il sistema. Complimenti a questa Società che si migliora anno dopo anno.
