Overall no too bad experience. But lots yet to improve. E.g high commission rates on everything. Stop lose complicated. Not many good opportunities or tools that really provide investments opportunity or prediction engines

Overall a user friendly platform and best option for retail investors. Customer service is exceptional with prompt replies, especially as you progress on the Club Tier.

I had some questions about jurisdiction and some of the products that is not on offer on the eToro platform. I have been using eToror for 5 years and I am very satisfied with the platform and the additional information it provides to investors.

Some assets spread difference is changed without any information. Ive opened a position with a 200$ x5 Trade, the Position opened and being at the same price was in my Portfolio with -20% (4% spread) Cost of opening it: 40$, closing the trade: 20$ means: 60$ has to be made in profit to BREAK EVEN would mean... Specially for oil and Natgas most people loosing money on etoro due to insane high spread. If price just moves 1-2% in the wrong direction, your position will be closed with -50%. Aswell the spread of the currencys is extremely high (Up to 8% different) Means: You pay in 100 of your currency and it would be 92, same for payouts... Think in bigger numbers. On how much money you would need to make, to make money, after tax... I would warmly recommend everyone to move somewhere else. No Broker doing spreads of 4% sometimes more. With a leverage even just x5 your position is highly likely to get SL hit. Means you need to be an absolutely longterm profitable trader. Otherwise dont use any Leverage. Chance to loose money on this Broker aswell due currency spread is super easy here. Spreads for crypto: sometimes 5% Currency eur to usd is insanely high, if you pay money into usd account. Specially crypto, there are tons of brokers with a spread of 0.1% without costs for holding or open / closing it. On this Plattform: Every single asset you have to pay a good amount for open and closing a trade. Few assets (Nasdaq) Spread is low, cost for open and closing low. On some Assets and its not easy to see: Spreads and costs are beyond everything i have ever seen: Cost for opening: 40% of amount, closing the same: 20% With a spread on that trade of up to 5% is like gamble on Roulette. Chance to loose is nearly a guarantee. Be warned!!! Payout or in, is easy. Just pay a fee for payout of account aswell. Going fast. Community overall is okay. I would only recommend for trading the biggest assets like NQ, Currency. The rest you should not touch if not an expert as its very easy to loose your money here to the massive spreads, costs for open, hold overnight, closing.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with eToro. Without my consent, they closed my account while I still had cryptocurrencies purchased and open. This is unacceptable. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, my requests were completely ignored. No proper explanation, no support, and no resolution. As a result, I lost my money. It feels like there is no way to get proper attention or accountability from this platform. The lack of transparency and disregard for customers is shocking. I strongly advise anyone considering eToro to think twice. A platform that can shut down accounts without consent and ignore customer complaints cannot be trusted. AYUDA ALGUIEN QUE ME CONTACTE ETORO NO ME PERMITE RETIRAR MIS FONDOS. Quiero denunciar a etoro, he comenzado un proceso de retiro de fondos y la plataforma ademas de cobrarse su comision por realizar retiros en su plataforma, no me ha depositado mis fondos a mi cuenta bancaria, por favor que alguien se contacte conmigo, como se puede denunciar este abuso por parte de esta pplataforma. Me ha hecho perder mucho dinero y ademas no me permite retirar mis fondos a mi cuenta bancaria. Pido a alguien que haya tenido este problema me contacte. La plataforma por mensajes en trust Pilot, dice que se contactara pero nunca recibes un mensaje, usan campañas de marketing y promocion de accionees deshonestas, te roban tu dinero promoviendo acciones que ellos manipulan el precio y cuando quieres retirar tu dinero se cobran la comision por el retiro pero nunca retiran el dinero de su plataforma sino que la devuelven, es como si quisieran obligarte a seguir invietiendo en su plata forma para terminar de robarte. Etoro dejame sacar mi dinero de tu plataforma deshonesta!!!!

No tengo la experiencia con el manejo de la plataforma y en el personal he encontrado un buen apoyo y orientación
