totally botched my uk eta application on my own, but they fixed it quick. customer service was patient, walked me thru everything. got approved in a day. pricey but worth it for the stress relief.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Their website indicates that they are available 24/7 for support by email or phone, yet no phone number is listed. within an hour of making payment, I received a message that my scanned passport was not acceptable and that I needed to scan it again. Yet there is no apparent way to modify an existing application. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I can't believe Google allows this

"This website is NOT affiliated with any government agency" yet they supposedly get your ETA for you? For anyone who fell for it I recommend changing your passport, who knows what they are using your sensitive personal information for after scamming you.

God og hurtig kundeservice

Bestilte ved en fejl visa gennem hjemmesiden. Skrev med det samme til deres 24/7 kundeservice og bad om annullering i henhold til betingelserne, og anmodede om bekræftelse på sletning af personoplysninger. Fik inden for få minutter bekræftelse på, at min ordre var annulleret og de reserverede pengene blev frigivet samtidig. De bekræftede endvidere at alle oplysninger var slettet. OBS: Kræver højt gebyr for at bistå med visa.
