The folding option is good. But the lid and bucket are the main problem! The bucket is hard to get in and out. The bucket and lid should be the same size as the inside of toilet seat, as if the patient has used the toilet the lid can't fit on top of the toilet to stop smells. You have to empty it straight away. Not a good design.

I placed my order for an off road scooter based on the positive reviews I have read. However my own personal experience has been hugely disappointing and I would not recommend this company. I am still waiting for a delivery date for my order which was placed on 16th May which is now 2 weeks which is unacceptable. At the time I placed my order it was in stock online however when I initially contacted the sales team after not receiving confirmation of my order that unfortunately all stock had been allocated at that time but new stock was arriving shortly but but failed to notify me of this. I have since received an update that my order is now with the delivery partner Healthcare Distribution Direct but the tracking link indicates that there is no tracking data available. In hindsight I wish I had purchased the scooter from a local dealer and feel that I have been badly let down on this occasion

Ordered 2 padded toilet seats for each toilet for elderly parent. Neither fit that well and rock forwards & backwards & lift off very easily so support needed when getting on/off toilet. However, very soft cushioning , easy wipe clean and well worth buying for comfort alone. Fast postage.
