Svindel, men gjort utspekulert. Dette firmaet må lære forskjell på lovlig og etisk riktig. De har lagd en nettside, som ja, sier at man er på esky sin nettside, men de har kjøpt annonseplass hos google som gir de førstetreffet, og første linja sier (f.eks) RYANAIR - BESTILL REISEN HER. Så, når man da er litt kjapp, så funker svindelen. Man går inn på nettsiden, og fyller automatisk inn info og klikker seg videre. Man er veldig nøye på å fylle inn riktig info og med å skrive inn kortnummer etc, så da blir man lurt av utformingen. De sier de er veldig tydelig, men det er ikke det første gang man er inne på siden. Det de tjener penger på er et "servicegebyr". De gjør ingenting. De har et script, som bestiller billetten for deg inne på nettsiden til flyselskapet, og som sender deg tid for å bekrefte. Om noe skjer, og du ikke kan reise, KAN du få igjen beløpet, men ikke servicegebyret. Så de lurer deg og flyselskapet. Og, les under her nå, på svaret som kommer fra de: "Vi er tydelige på at vi er et ledd mellom den reisende og flyselskaper, og det står tydelig på nettsiden at de er esky, og at det også står i terms and conditions". Seriøst bare les svaret som kommer 😂 Dette er skrevet etter svaret ble skrevet fra Esky: svarte akkurat som jeg skrev de ville.

They wrost travel company

I boght tickets to Italy with esky. The departure flights took 3 days before I was able to take off which made me miss the wedding we were attending. The airlie said I needed to go through esky for a refund since they were the company I purchase the ticets through. esky has not been helpful at all and refuses to help get me a refund. They keep dismissing me and I cant get to a erson to talk to to discuss my problem. I would NEVER use esky in my life. There is no way of communicating with them.

No stress

It is simplified and no complications with regards to filling the documents. I just love the smooth flow

ESKY IS SCAMMER

Dear All, I hv canceled my booking flight ticket on 8/6/25 and esky said will refund the associated taxes of RM757.02. However, i yet to receive a single cent from them till to date. Emails hv been sent but only received the reply by computer. Therefore, NEVER EVER BOOK ANY TICKETS FROM ESKY, THEY ARE SCAMMER. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never ever book with this website

Never ever book with this website. Not only they changed my flight one day before flying and then gave me a return flight a day after. does that even make sense. like what am I going to do for 6h and then come back home. there is no contact number so can't even contact them in any way. not even E-Mail possible.  the website is not even helpful they only give you the option to accept the changes or cancel on you. on the day that you are supposed to flight. if I could give them no star oh trust me I would.

I am worried

I am worried as E Sky spoke to me at a phone call this week about luggage ( as I'd posted a Trustpilot review as they'd given me the WRONG information ). Later I get an Email re. You've not the information required re. My boarding pass. Surely it would've been easier to speak to me as someone spoke to me literally yesterday ? ! Further I was told my flight was cancelled when yes I cancelled a flight the day I re booked a different flight about five months ago.

I booked a flight through eSky and was…

I booked a flight through eSky and was charged on my Visa card without ever seeing a clear confirmation of the total price before completing the payment. The booking process was confusing, and additional fees were added without clear disclosure. According to EU consumer protection laws, the full price – including all taxes and fees – must be shown clearly before a purchase is finalized. That did not happen here. I didn’t even realize the booking was binding until the charge had already gone through. I do not reccomend this site at all.

They wouldn't change the ticket to allow luggage though I paid for it. Their customer service seemed too thick-headed to even understand the problem. Perhaps by choice. I contacted the air-line to ask if luggage could be bought, and they said: Luggage is already allowed. And still bSky wouldn't or couldn't update the ticket. I will never use bSky again. EDIT I have answered bSky's private letter this: You are full of BS Your less than clever office-person did nothing what so ever to solve the problem, even though I contacted both you and BH-air. All you had to do was change the ticket, but you didn't. You gave me a hard time fitting clothes for a week long concert trip to Bulgaria into a tiny purse. Not good enough and no stars to you. Lazy scammers! /(name)
