Issues with RSA course. Beware if you want to do RSA here

I purchase almost all the courses here as a bundle due to cheaper discounted price. I dont need some courses like RSA, white card etc but I dont mind doing them. And I totally agree with all the negative reviews for the RSA. I got my food safety and covid card which are very short courses. Problems come with the RSA, I get all my answers correct except for 1, yes just 1 out of 100 over questions, which is video record roleplay question 4 part 1. They said that I keep getting it wrong and then the time expires and the course is "flagged" I do not agree that I get it wrong, even I seek answer from all kind of online sources, from AI chatgpt, website like coursehero, scrib...and community page which we discuss over the question, and yet they marked me wrong after multi attempt on one question. Even their test has a lot of problems, they need to detect the exact word. Like if they need to detect "sick", you cannot type in "ill". One question about driving licence where you to determine the age, which is 6 years and 11 months old, I say the age is not more than 7 yrs old, they say my answer is wrong. Really not recommend the course, especially for RSA. Ask me to contact them to proceed further, I believe is to ask to pay more to proceed, which I did not do so. I dont need this RSA thing anyway but it clearly shows the EOT ways of operations. Not going for my RGA and white card courses that I have already paid for. Not sure if they even do refund. And one more, do it at your own free time, not really, my RSA course has 3 months limit.

I advice anyone wanting to do a ticket to find an onsite provider and AVOID this website. Could not do it onsite so had to go through the website. Once you had three wrong answers to one question you need to wait for them to call you back. I tried to call them back myself as I am working and I am not at their disposal, they just told me to wait for another email and another call. This is so wrong. Bad customer service.

Discriminate agaisnt Deaf people

Staff discriminate agaisnt Deaf people and refuse to allow Sign Language interpreter in their course. This is their email "We will not permit the use of a translator in the class for the reasons outlined previously. Please note that if any learner attempts to use unapproved external assistance, such as a translator or interpreter, in the class they will be removed from the class immediately. Our previous proposal still stands: that you have the option to undertake the class without a translator or to receive a full refund for the course. " Regarding their reply below- confirms their ignorance. As hundreds of Deaf people have white cards in Australia. The course in online there is no excuse and reason an interpreter can't join, interpretes do this all the time. There is no regulation that states Deaf people cannot use an interpreter for test or assessments like this as that would be blatant discrimination. How do you think Deaf people- like the student in this case, owns their own business if they can't use interpreters? Embarrassingly ignorant.

Can you imagine taking a full day off…

Can you imagine taking a full day off work for a simple white card course and sitting thru 6 of 7 hrs with all assessments completed and marked only to be told the class has been terminated due to teacher unavailable and that the students need to resit the entire day despite them screen recording the entire day and all assessments completed and marked by the instructor. Attendees have lost a days pay and their days workload still needs to be completed. For business owners they have lost now two days out of the business. This is a very poor business that is clearly accredited and potentially receiving Govt support.

It’s taking too many days

It’s taking too many days, after they check your answers if they find another mistake it’ll take three days to recheck and so on… it’s better not to make RSA online specially if you need it as an emergency to work asap. I called them and complain about this and they were also rude to answer by the call. Disaster.

BAD BAD BAD

They rejected my RSA audio assignment 3 times. Because it was almost a month since I started working, I end up paying for a quick response. As soon as I paid (105$), after one minute I had my certificate. Normally I waited for 3-4 business days and replied me with silly note. Thank you for being such a scam!

Do not believe in these good reviews

Do a favor to yourself, find another place to make your course. They take a long time to review your assessments and the last one you need to wait about 15 days to make it. If you want to make it faster, you need to pay an priority fee that costs more 105 dollars. Ps. I don’t believe most of reviews here are real

Do not use this pathetic organisation

Do not use this pathetic organisation. Takes your money for online training, then tells you that you need t be in the state where the White Card is required or you cant participate in the training. Here's a newsflash for you - online means you can do it from anywhere - there is absolutely NO NEED to be in the state where the card is required. Takes your money, calls you 15 minutes before the course is held to let you know, and then refuses a refund. AVOID!!!!

A system glitch didn't let me get my…

A system glitch didn't let me get my certificate and then they wouldn't refund me. Now they are saying I'll have to pay and redo the whole course if I even want to get certified. Very frustrating. Outdated website and mediocre content that was not helpful.

Don’t even bother

Can someone people tell me why it took me 3.5 weeks to complete my white card with this website!! For some reason they decided to change the whole course just when I completed mine so I had to re-do all the same questions plus 20 more (keep in mind these were video answers). The marking as well is to stupid. They will not let you pass if you have worded something slightly different… it’s a joke. Because I’ve spent most of my time waiting around for them to approve my answers, I cannot start my job because I don’t have a white card yet. AND to speed up the process it’ll cost me over $100 which I can’t afford Thanks 👍🏼

DON'T WAST YOUR TIME!

I'm writing this because I'm extremely frustrated with this website. I spent 4 hours answering 136 questions and recording video assessments, only to be rejected twice for minor details that wouldn't affect my eligibility for a white card. It's infuriating considering the in-person option for a white card can be obtained in just 2 hours. This online process is just ridiculous.
