So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

Im vey pleased with the overall service. The first point of contact was superb but the switch had to be transferred to the EV team at which point the comms were not as good which was a pity. However the change was quick and efficient which is the most important thing

I have been with this company for many years, last few years my bills kept creeping up and this year I have already paid more than £2000 for gas & el in less than 6 months ! The average UK household bill is £1800 per annum .. I live alone in a small house, I don’t have a huge consumption … so I asked this company to investigate in April 2025, after lost of chasing, two months later all they managed to produce were my bills - something I could have viewed online in a flash … when I pleaded with them that it is not normal to have such consumption and btw it’s the electricity which is £100+ ! I told then company I don’t have a TV, I live alone .. their response: check it yourself … after paying this company over the odds for such a long time, it’s disgusting how they treated me .. currently checking alternative suppliers and can’t wait until I have nothing to do with them .. incompetent, slow and very disinterested in their customers is my experience.. oh and overpriced !!! Dear Steph, Your company spent two months ‘investigating’ and then producing the same bills I can access online .. your investigation processes are a joke frankly but for the purpose of fair play, my account details are A-65B06DB4
