So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

I want to be in control of what I pay, octopus keeps putting up my monthly payments. even though I was always in credit. they would put up the price and it could not be changed. so I will see if E.ON are any different.

I haven't got my last bill through for some unknown reason but I contacted them and they were brilliant at sorting the problem out ..ive never really had any issues ith EON (been with yhem a good few yr now ) apart from this 1 issue which like I say was resolved quickly

Have been with eon for a lot of years now and never had any problems or issues. Always get a prompt response whenever I ask about my tariff etc. Definitely not thinking of changing my supplier
