Didn't satisfy New York COE requirements
I learned from my NY state authorities that the code of ethics part of your training is NOT accepted as the required COE hours. I have paid for training that didn't satisfy my requirement, even though you advertised it would in NY. I also wasted 2.5 hours watching something I'll have to watch again somewhere else.

10 Hour Real Estate CE
Empire's 10 hour real estate continuing education was the best course material and topics I have taken. The topics were relevant and the material was practical. Too many other CE courses include inferior topics such as creative mortgages or antitrust laws or government programs. I have been licensed for over 40 years and this is one of the most interesting CE courses I have taken.
