Glad my old con ed class company merged with Empire!
I have always used 4ICE for my continuing education but had a terrible experience with 4ICE in 2023 (would not report my course completions and never returned my multiple calls or emails). I swore I would not use 4ICE again. When I saw that they had merged with Empire Learning, I wondered if I should take the chance and try Empire and I was glad I did. Had a very smooth, easy experience. Good classes and they were reported to MI Marketplace the very next business day. I will use them in the future!

I was in direct contact with Caris Ferguson from day one. She was helpful, polite, professional and made the entire process a breeze.
