Real simple and straightforward
Real simple and straightforward. Information was well organized and presented and reviews after each section were very helpful. Because of this i easily passed the exam. And the price for the course was unbeatable. Well worth it and I highly recommend Empire and will be using them again.

The course was comprehensive and easy to follow. As a commercial real estate broker the sections that had to do with housing and other residential topics weren’t relevant to me but I did learn a lot about the housing and discrimination laws.
