Called Craig at Embassy Gas as we had no heating and got an appointment the same day. Craig couldn’t make it but sent Karl who was amazing. Told us what the problem was and fixed it immediately. Great service, really friendly and very knowledgeable. Won’t go anywhere else!

Easy to book. Well informed with reminders of booking and timeslot. Advised on the day when Engineer was on his way. Engineer was wearing a mask/ used social distancing guidelines. He was efficient and knowledgeable and explained everything well. I was very impressed
