My flight with easyJet was cancelled, and despite being clearly entitled to compensation under EU Regulation EC261/2004, the airline has refused to pay. I contacted customer support several times and provided all the requested information, yet I only received vague or automated replies, with no meaningful explanation or resolution. The cancellation caused considerable inconvenience, and easyJet’s handling of the situation shows a lack of accountability and respect for passengers’ rights. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I will be hesitant to book with easyJet again and cannot recommend them to anyone who expects fair treatment when issues arise.

Fabulous customer service. Easy to use and very efficient. I am always hesitant to use chat rather than a live call, but this was so easy and the agent was so helpful and provided exactly what I needed.

Agent finished the chat supposedly asking for anything else I needed while closing the chat a few seconds after. Really disrespectful and not customer service oriented. Advisors for sure need to meet some performance standards and need to help customer’s issues briefly but it doesn’t mean pretending empathy and just cutting people out.

The agent that dealt with my long query (changing 4 different bookings) was extremely professional, compassionate and helpful. I was struggling with various dates and she gave me plenty of time to go through everything calmly. It was highly heartfelt.

Premetto che ero entusiasta di viaggiare con la Easyjet per un'attenzione speciale per i passeggeri celiaci. A tal proposito prenoto il volo e come da consigli di amici chiamo il loro call center per prenotare un bagaglio aggiuntivo. Da settembre scopro che non è più possibile aggiungere bagagli gratis per le persone intolleranti al glutine. Ovviamente non ho gradito questa scelta e sarà motivo per scegliere a questo punto altri vettori aerei. Davvero dispiaciuto perché era un'ottima possibilità per noi per avere cibo a disposizione. Personale call center comunque gentile nel darmi le spiegazioni.

Un abus excessif pour les bagages nous avons acheté des nouvelles valises pour le nouveau gabarit et aujourd’hui il a encore diminué donc il faut payer 58€ Je trouve que c’est aberrant en sachant que le vol aller il y apas eu de problème !!!! De plus ils sont toujours en retard Déçu la prochaine fois je prendrai Volotea
