I can't wait to share my positive feedback about my great experience with Easy-Delivery. I was desperate to find a forwarder in France that can provide a local address to receive my online orders and forward it to my home country Singapore. I used to buy many things and ship them from US, UK and Italy and there are plenty popular and trust-worthy forwarding companies that provide for those markets but none of them has provided the same service for France. So, when I needed to order something that only available in France, I realised there are not so many popular forwarders that providing similar services. I searched high and low and Googling all kinds of forums to see if anyone has anything great to recommend. I finally found Easy-Delivery and shippn.com that provide the services I wanted. However, up on further reading the reviews about them on the internet, I realised that I must take some risks to use either one of them. Eventually, I decided to give Easy-Delivery a chance because Shippin is more of a service by an individual, I considered this is more higher risks. To my greatest surprised, it was nothing more I could expect from them for what they had provided me for my France order. Therefore, I think it is my utmost duty to share a honest highlight of my experience with Easy-Delivery here for reference to those in need searching for France forwarders like me: 1. Website Interface is superb! It is clear, simplest, and hassle-free to use. I think it will be even more perfect if they include a section to introduce who they are, I meant the customers will be more at ease if they know who are they right? 2. Responsive Emails: They responded to my email in a matter of hours or less. This is impressive and it gave me the confidence to go ahead with my order. 3. Package Handling and Delivery Partners: My package was shipped out swiftly after arriving at their warehouse and the availability of reputable shipping partners like DHL, Chronopost added to the reliability of their service. 4. Pricing: While I think the price is on the higher side if I compared with those in US, UK, the assurance of optimal parcel handling and the confidence instilled in me make it worthwhile. You also will know the expected price to be paid in advance by their cost estimation feature on their website. In my case, the price I paid is almost exactly the amount estimated before I made my order. Finally, despite encountering some negative reviews I read from the internet, I am thrilled to prove that my decision to use them was the right one. 5. Conclusion: I want to express my gratitude to Easy-Delivery and wish them continued success, allowing me to confidently shop from my favourite French retailers in the future.

Very easy to access/setup/shipping control. Strongly recommend!

This is scam. They stole goods. Took money for storage. Took money for storage while thet are looking for lost delivery. Stop reply. Baget mother$#kers

The drivers are lazy and often missing orders .

J'adore le site ! Cela dit, pour les pays ne faisant pas partie de la zone européenne, les frais de douane sont honéreux. S'il y avait la possibilité de répartir le poids des produits, cela pourrait peut-être alléger la note. 😁

Site claire, tout est expliqué pour toutes les démarches à effectuer. Colis reçu rapidement et en parfait état.

Avoid this service is too much expensive !

Order was picked up 25 minutes late. Food was cold when it arrived. We were told we would get refunded for this but nothing happend. When we called back we were told no refund. Useless.

Scam business! The customer service is so rude! My first time to order and they gave me the wrong order. They refuse to replace the order or refund my money. Do not order, they are hard to talk to. DO NOT ORDER!

When the delivery rang the apartment i immediately answered and told him I will open the door and to leave the package beside the mailbox area of the apartment as it wont fit the mailbox. I was just in a meeting and went to the mailbox after 30minutes and lo and behold the package is not there! I've had loads of deliveries (as I'm a shopaholic) in the past that did the same and even if I retrieve it hours later the packages are still there. But experience with them is not good!!! I called the customer service the following day and they said there is proof of delivery of me saying to leave the package in the apartment and that is good to them so to me its seems like I can't do anything about it anymore.

Adding to the list that everyone else has mentioned already. Package confidently lost - chased them for months until they just stopped messaging me. Kept saying they were checking. Seem to run some sort of scam business along with chronopost and other french couriers. Almost impossible to chase them all as they simply have no direct contact or customer service. Avoid these monsters!

la consultation du forfait est déclinée donc il n'y a plus de forfaits. les frais de port sont désormais de 250€ au lieu de 100€. c'est une fraude après avoir payé pour la première fois 60 € rien que pour l'emballage en carton. C'est le pire service de transfert que j'ai jamais utilisé the package consultation is declined so there are more packages. the shipping costs are now 250€ instead of 100€. this is fraud after I first paid €60 just for the cardboard packaging alone. Hands off this is the worst forwarding service I've ever used

Had my package lost and the other package they won’t give it to the courier when they came to Pik up the package… They got zero customer service don’t waste ur time on this company unless u want ur packages gone missing and not wanting to ship out ur package and not issuing u a refund

Always late. Drivers are always late as they are overworked via long shifts, and underpaid; I assume that’s why they don’t have enough drivers. They don’t have criminal background check for drivers either so it is not clear who come to my place!!! The app is absolute garbage; making millions daily from selling booze, can’t you develop a better mobile app?!

COLD FOOD & THEY LIED TO US We ordered food, after over 1 hour, we called costumer service and they said the driver went missing, customer service said they would prepared another order, driver showed very late, I asked him if this was the second fresh order, yes said yes and that the other driver lost his phone, drive quicky run off, and when we opened the order we found everything was cold. Called the restaurant and they said that they did not prepare another order and what we got was the first order that was ready at 17:40 and got delivered at 19:00 pm. Costumer service did not follow up on our phonecall to have the order re-made, driver lied to us saying it was a different order and saying it was another drive that had the order when it was actually him all along. Food was cold and not assembled for some reason. This is irresponsible and not acceptable for a company to lie to the customers like this and deliver the product in such a state. I wish full refund and compensation for the trouble this has caused, this ruined our night as we had to go out to eat because no one could eat cold food which we paid full price for it. Unbelievable

Delivery easyis such a waste of time and money. They don't care if you've received cold food, hair in your cookie and the wrong drink. They don't do refunds, they'll give excuses for poor service

Pour le service easy delivery il est bien fiable, mon colis est arrivé comme commandé en ligne, en choisissant EMS pour une livraison de 9jr+ depuis la France vers le Maroc, le résultat : mon colis est arrivé après 43jours d'attente.. la cause service EMS pas au niveau attendu et la mise du colie en attente à la douane pour presqu'un mois... pas satisfait de la livraison (causé par EMS / Douane Marocaine) ce qui m'engage sur des frais supplémentaire.. livraison et douane ont couté 200% du prix du colis. en revanche satisfait pour le côté confiance du service easy delivery.

Service non seulement tres long, aucun suivi de colis et surtout HORS DE PRIX c'est juste du vol. Passez par colisexpat par exemple et avec un abonnement annuel de 24 euros les frais de livraisons sont correct, rapide et surtout il y a un suivi et en plus vous avez une adresse postale en france ou dans n'importe quel autre pays du monde.
