Do not use efood. Worst service ever.
I would not like to be your employee, especially after the latest news about the change of employment status that you imposed on your employees, you should be ashamed. Tip: Use the efood app only to see the store menu. Then just call the store you want to place your order. If it does not have POS, pay in cash. You can suggest to the entrepreneur to get a POS so that you can make the payments as well (if you have no other choice). Never use the e-food app again for online orders. Use it only to see the menu of stores. #cancel_efood
E food is a slavery. Don't buy anything from them. They treat their employees like animals.

You got so much money from everyone. It's disgusting what you are doing to your employees, in a country amidst crisis. I am ashamed to be Greek.
The app is very hard to use and the delivery guy arrived late and stoned as heck.
Bad employer
They're coercing their employees to freelance, so they won't have to pay them insurance. That will lower their already shocking salaries, make their employment status completely uncertain, as they won't be bound to employ them by any laws and leaves employees completely exposed.
You cant turn your employees into freelancer contractors. Minimum wage in Greece is very low, and the cost of delivery thank god is comensurate. Either the cost will transfer directly to the customer, or you will keep your delivery as full timed employed. Unless you are willing to risk not finding employees to work as couriers at all.
Disappointment … nothing else

Lately I had twice issue with the delivery people that work specifically for this company. I am many years now a customer, ordering every second day. I filed a complaint two weeks ago and it seems it was ignored.
