I'm having a nightmare with this delivery platform. Though it began very well, and I never had any real issues, but over the past Eight months every second to third order has an issue. It's either cancelled, or arrives way out of the designated time frame set on the store I order from. They take the money from your account, then cancel the order, promising you it will be returned the next few days. I just made a €103 order, and once again it was cancelled. Nobody asked me if I have another €103 to complete a second purchase. Which i don't. So my family will not have dinner tonight or lunch tomorrow, because it's efoods policy to not verify the order with the store, then remove the funds from my account. I called the efood contact number to complain, 36 times in 25 minutes and every time the number just kicks me off, no ring, no message. Good work efood. Thanks ever so much.
