Fantastic experience from start to finish. Had Darcey out who went through styles and prices with us. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the windows. Was no hard sell like other companies we had out. Which made us feel at so much ease that we decided to go ahead. The lads who fitted the windows done a smashing job. They also cleaned up very well. Would highly recommend Dx! Will be in touch very soon in regards to getting my kitchen done. Thanks again guys.
We recently had six windows installed by DX Home Improvements, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Special thanks to Darcey, our sales rep who was incredibly knowledgeable about everything to do with windows. She took the time to explain our options without any pressure to buy, which really put us at ease. Once we decided to go ahead, she stayed in regular contact to make sure we were happy at every stage. She even followed up after the installation to check everything was perfect. That level of care and professionalism made a big difference. The installation itself was quick and smooth. The team did a brilliant job. They laid down dust sheets, tidied up after themselves, and took all the waste away. The windows look absolutely stunning and have completely transformed the house. After the work was done, the company got in touch to ensure we were satisfied. We pointed out a couple of very small imperfections, and they were quick to assure us these would be sorted ASAP. Overall, we’re incredibly impressed and will definitely be using DX Home Improvements again for future work. Highly recommended!
Hi had my windows 3 windows 2 large a d one composite door fitted today the team where excellent. Work men came on time very professional and to high standard cleaned any mess and I am.more than pleased with the standard of my door and windows .really great job would recommend 👌.

I can’t fault DX Home Improvements at all. The whole experience was a breeze! After the final measure, and 10 days later, my new windows were being installed. The end result being: I’m throughly impressed with the windows, and not forgetting the more than reasonable price!!! Every one I dealt with, was friendly, helpful, and throughly professional. Best wishes to everyone at DX Home improvements.

Absolutely woeful company and, I would encourage you to consider other options available to you. I had a full windows and doors installation to my home and from the outset, have (and continue to be) beset with issues. From wrong type of window installed, wrong size and warped ledges, broken glass unit in biggest window (broken pre installation, but installed anyway and tape applied corner to corner along the crack), warped glass in patio doors (granted replaced, but jemmy marks on frame left), front door that can’t be opened when sunny, leaking bedroom window when it rains, patio door that won’t open properly. Brackets sticking out past interior facing (but ‘siliconed’ around). Outrageous condensation. Yellow staining on white frames (difficult to remove). There will be more, but tbh I can’t remember all. I have been extremely patient and spoken with members of this business from employee to director level - promised a lot in terms of remedy, but in the end have been delivered little; the company have failed to follow through on remedial commitments and now no longer respond to me, leaving me with a raft of problems. (I have a a good volume of emails back and fro with regard to issues, which I can post, should any of this review be disputed). My next port of call is Trading Standards. This wasn’t a budget installation and I considered other companies, before going for DX Home Inprovements - oh how I regret this decision! Please think carefully about whether this company (despite their assurances to the contrary), are capable of providing the quality of service you require.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. From coming out to quote, to keeping in touch via phone and to the installation the company were fantastic. Super happy with my door and windows. Highly recommend this company and will most definitely use them again.

UPDATE: After contacting Which? Trusted Trader and taking part in an Alternative Dispute Resolution process, this matter has now been resolved and I have finally been refunded in full! On the plus side, most of the people we dealt with here seemed nice enough, including all the tradesmen who visited our property. But I think there's a clear lack of communication within the company and too many people dealing with the one project. They don't seem to cope very well when things go wrong. **************** This company has fantastic reviews, which was the primary reason we chose them but honestly, I have no idea why! Our experience with them has been (and continues to be) absolutely dreadful! Below is a brief summary of the key issues we've encountered... I was quoted TWICE for a garden room of a specific size (4m x 3m), which they later admitted they do not actually offer, subsequently providing me with "the closest thing to it" without letting me know!! Upon realising the discrepancy (the evening before the work commenced and after the materials had already ben delivered to our property), they assured me (and also my partner) during a phone call that the room would still measure 12m², just with slightly different dimensions. This was not the case, meaning that I was given false information (lied to) by the company director. Important to note here: their customer sales brochure contains incorrect and misleading sizing information, which constitutes false advertising and also made it difficult to ascertain which size of room I was actually getting. Once partially built, it became clear that the Garden Room was not only too small, but also the wrong style! They caused significant damage to my property and have failed to repair it, despite promising to address the issue. We have now had to pay for another tradesman to come and fix our floorboards and brickwork that they damaged. During the sales process, they committed to carrying out specific work that they they later admitted they do not actually provide. This resulted in us being asked to lift up concrete slabs and dig a trench in our garden by ourselves - which we were advised by sales would all be done for us. We were promised an "all inclusive job". They have since offered to correct the style, but would not address the sizing issue and have refused to carry out the groundwork that was initially promised. The garden room structure has now been removed and I have been left with 18 lovely ground screws sticking out my garden - making it unsafe for my children to play in. I have paid £10,000 for all of this and have, of course, requested a refund. However, the company seems to be conveniently avoiding any discussion on the matter, and getting a response from them has been extremely difficult. This issue has been ongoing for two months now. I strongly urge you to avoid this company at all costs.

Recently just had windows replaced from dx home improvements. The process was really professional, no pushy tactics which we’ve experienced in the past and no on the spot price offers, Ryan who went over everything made it all very clear what was being offered. The office staff kept us up to date with all communications. The fitters on the day were spot on, left the place spotless. Really impressed and will 100% use again.

We recently had DX Home Improvements out to design our new kitchen. Everything was done on the day and we got left with our kitchen visuals and estimate. We secured it on the day with no pressure for the sales rep. Can’t wait to see my new kitchen come to life!
