Delivery charges. The problem with online shopping is the fit. I am a size 34 waist in most shorts I buy, yours are too tight so need a 36. I paid £5.99 for delivery and then £2.99 to return so almost £9 out of pocket. Most large retailers now offer free delivery and free returns but you seem to be falling behind on this. I will not be making any more purchases from Druids because of this.

Good gear reasonably priced and fits perfectly described. I bought the polo bundles & short bundles and was reasonably priced and is good quality. Would recommend to include delivery in the price if you order over a certain amount as a "nice to have". Thanks again and I'll be ordering from you in the future.
