It’s been almost 3 weeks and still stuck in customs. I was told they were checking and I would hear something in 48 hours. I still have not heard anything. I will not buy in the future as long as the product is being made in another country.

Love the products and have bought loads over the years. The quality is excellent and the prices are what they should be for a golf shirt. They only lose one star as you can’t unsubscribe from their texts.

The items are great quality, thats the selling point. But having someone at the end of a phone line would massively help as most times some things cant be resolved without a quick chat

Great quick service as usual, tried base layer on and far too tight, even at XL regular fit, returned no problem. Belt great idea, stretchy and fasten where comfy. Cap is ok as appears to be lopsided, didn’t realise till having worn once.

Bought a few items for my local clubs. Golf classic.great value and super quality Unfortunately the package arrived open and one of the items was missing. I took a few photos and sent a fairly basic email. 1 hour later. I noticed on my SHOP app that I have an item in transit to me. I wasn't expecting anything. On a further heck,Druids had sent me my missing item. Absolutely brilliant service. Others should take a leaf out of Druids standards. I buy more from Druids. Thanks again. Willie D

I received the a different outer layer than the one I ordered. The polo and shorts also need to be exchanged for a larger size.

It would be 5 stars but the pants were the wrong size I ordered 36/32 and received 32/30 Other than that I love Druids apparel.

Quality of the items is nice, but sizing is small (1-2 x smaller than other similar athletic brands). The return/exchange process is expensive, making the sale not worth it.

lost my order in their warehouse, payed for express delivery w a better delivery company. i had to email and after a week got told it got lost and they would reorder but all the hoodies i wanted were out of stock and had to choose one that i am not happy with. didn’t send the second order w the better delivery company that i payed for first time
