First time I’ve ordered from Druids. Fast shipping, quality was better than expected and everything fit true to size. Loved the polos, golf joggers and jacket. I placed a second order a couple days after receiving my first order!

We liked the selection, quality was nice, but sizing was off. Check before you purchase. We ended needing to return most of the order and it cost $30 in shipping. Very annoying, honestly may not have taken the risk to make the purchase if we knew that.

Despite the fact that the goods did not arrive in 100% perfect condition it was immediately resolved and replacement pieces were sent. I have ordered several times and I believe that this was a small and rare exception

Great service, excellent products at very good prices

Order gear paid for express delivery as I had a work competition- gear arrived - when opened it, I was left short of 1 item - I mean how hard is it to pick 6 items and pack it ? So contacted druids and they seemed to imply that I must be wrong , as it is showing as picked and shipped correctly - they asked for photos, which I provided. Later that day - I was told that they would ship the missing item - no explanation- then later that day, it is shipped on the slower delivery option - would not deal with them again !

No complaints about your clothing. Top notch selection and quality. Lately though your shipping is lacking. When I first started buying your products several months ago I gladly paid $10 for express shipping. I always got my items here in Texas in 5-6 days. I just noticed your shipping increased to $15, and my last two orders have taken a minimum of two weeks to get here. If I’m gonna pay more for shipping I expect it to remain the same or get better. Not get worse. What’s up with that?
