Useless app and unreliable service

I have had this app for many months and it never found me a single driving test date. At some point they even deactivated my account, and I had to contact them twice to get it reactivated because they failed the first time. Customer service is completely ignoring my emails and calls. I have asked for a refund since they haven’t delivered what they promised, but no response at all. This app has been a total waste of money and time. It doesn’t work and the company is not reliable. Avoid it.

BEST WAY TO FIND EARLER TEST DATE. Reliable & Efficient!!

This is by far the BEST test cancellation platform that I have ever used. It’s way better than the other popular ones and the entire process of booking a new date is super smooth. The cost is also lower than other platforms. I cannot say more praise for the site. Highly recommend!!!! No more hourly checking on the DVSA site!!

Cut waiting time by 4 months

Managed to cut the waiting time by 4 months. The app is pretty easy to use and manage, and you can set parameters for your availability. Notification of a new date was easy and the change was done automatically without any hassle. All in all a great service.

If I would be able to score a 0 I…

If I would be able to score a 0 I would. I sent 2 emails to their accounts team requesting a refund 5 days ago and still there has been no communication back. I don't need their service anymore as have had to cancel my test due to getting a leg operation. I have even cancelled on the government website and already received a refund for my test i had booked. Seems to be quick to take money and a whole other long process to try get it back. Not good service at all.

So far not Impressed !!

I registered my Son with and paid the premium fee on the 1st April ( yes April fools day ) . So far my Son has had several cancellation offers for AFTER his existing driving test booking of the 15th September and literally 1 before his current driving test booking which he went to accept but on accepting it told him it had since gone !! These were all initially within a week of paying and nothing else since !! PLEASE NOTE MY SON HAS STILL HAD NOT ONE FURTHER OFFER OR CANCELLATION TEST EARLIER THAN HIS TEST HE BOOKED ON THE MAIN TEST WEBSITE!! LOOKS TO BE A MONEY MAKING SETUP AND ONCE YOU MISS THE INITIAL OFFER OF A TWST YOU GET PUT TO THE BACK OF THE QUEUE !!

Dubious so far

I’m not sure about this app. I’ve been trying a cancellation and being booked to do the test in Bishop’s Stortford or Loughton and got nothing so far. I think more than 3 weeks has passed. I also have another app for driving cancellations, and there, shows me the cancellations available and I could see a lot of Bishops’s and Loughton cancellations showing up. However, when I click on it, someone take it before than me. I don’t know if these vacancies are reserved for someone else already, or whatever it is. But on 4all website, said that I was the first on the list. So, maybe I should be prioritised? I don’t know. I’m still waiting.

Driving Test Cancellations 4 All, managed to bring new date for driving test forward twice for my son. 112 days earlier than original booking. Once forms were completed and fee paid things moved very quickly; and with the auto booking I didn't have to do anything. Thanks for assistance.
