I have had this app for many months and it never found me a single driving test date. At some point they even deactivated my account, and I had to contact them twice to get it reactivated because they failed the first time.
Customer service is completely ignoring my emails and calls. I have asked for a refund since they haven’t delivered what they promised, but no response at all.
This app has been a total waste of money and time. It doesn’t work and the company is not reliable. Avoid it.

This is by far the BEST test cancellation platform that I have ever used. It’s way better than the other popular ones and the entire process of booking a new date is super smooth. The cost is also lower than other platforms. I cannot say more praise for the site. Highly recommend!!!! No more hourly checking on the DVSA site!!
Managed to cut the waiting time by 4 months. The app is pretty easy to use and manage, and you can set parameters for your availability. Notification of a new date was easy and the change was done automatically without any hassle. All in all a great service.
Really happy was using Testi and for the life of me I could not get there fast enough been trying for weeks however someone recommended this app and it’s well worth the 17.99 signed up 2 days ago my test was originally November and now have one for less than 2 weeks it auto books dates you select to which saves a lot of stress thankyou so so much for such an amazing app! Would recommend this over Testi any day!!
It’s a shame the official system is so broken that services like this are necessary, but that’s how it is. This service works well and got a test at a local centre in very good time. Price is entirely reasonable.
Within three hours of registering with DTC4A, I had a practical test date merely a fortnight away - better than waiting over 120 days for the DVSA date!
This app is unreliable. It gave someone else my driving test date in which I booked 6 months ago.
You receive a notification stating that a cancellation test date is available, however once you click on it, it says failed booking. Not worth your money or time
They sent me cancellation on Saturday 28th may with test for Wednesday 1st June. I have requested automatic booking they sent email saying they’ve were changing it no email has been sent to say it’s been confirmed. I tried too get in touch with no joy shambles
Very happy with the service, got me a driving test slot within a week exactly when I wanted it, even when every test centre near by had no dates available
I used this site many years ago when I was learning to drive and again in 2021 and 2022 for family members. Every time it has found a test within a week, often much less. Couldn't be happier.
Given the current test backlog this is now more useful than ever, espeically if your local test centre has no test dates available at all.
