I have had a really good experience

I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

8 months after my fall outsideTesco…

8 months after my fall outsiddeTesco Whitstable, DLG got Guy in to get rid of cases. My fall caused damage to my knee and hip , still trying to resolve this with surgeon. I had pictures proof of Tescos negligence, showing the area was dangerous , their own assessors said the area was at high risk. But initially said it wasn't . Tesco then repaired the whole area. Still DLG said that they could do nothing . Tesco lied in writing about examining the area. I had a witness as well. But DLG said Tesco would lie in court so they would now do nothing.Please don't ever use these people, they are making money out of insurance companies. I have changed my insurance because of them ...The worst company. They led me a merry dance then threw me out . Disgraceful, patronising , surely not legal . AVOID
