The man I spoke to was so nice and explained things really well what I was unsure about, he was very professional and so nice and polite.
Lisa was really helpful throughout the duration of my claim, she always reassured me whenever I was worried and continued to have my best interest at heart. Really appreciate all the help and couldn’t thank her enough!!
I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

Spoke with Raheem today following a recent RTA. Raheem was great. He was professional, polite, well mannered, calm and listened to me very well. He was mindful of my MH and took time to explain things clearly and slowly to me and made sure I understood what the next steps were. He answered the questions I raised.

Joanne Booth has been amazing from the first day she handled my case to present. This has assured me my file will not take long getting looked at as previously experienced. Her communication skills has been excellent and she has always been willing to answer my queries and respond to my calls straight away and has been very professional and polite. This company is beyond incompetent and seems to allow its clients to put in claims against anyone and everyone, with no evidence needed, which is brilliant if you want to be a victim of potential fraud. They do not seem to understand protocol for submitting a money claim against someone and are happy to waste everyone’s time and cause significant distress to those involved. It is apparently not necessary to inform a third party that you are planning to take them to court for an incident they have no knowledge of. No contact was ever made by an insurance company or DLG before we received a money claim in the post for over 4k worth of damage for a car incident that we were not involved in. It also appears that they do not need to respond/acknowledge that you have received paperwork in relation to another client that is totally unrelated to you, which is surely a breach of GPDR. 6 months of stress for absolutely no reason as they then filed a notice of discontinuance 2 minutes before the hearing whilst we were waiting in the lobby! This so called legal firm should be looked into and shut down.

So I had a car accident, my fault never said otherwise. 6 months later I receive a notification for my self being taken to court for over £8000. The paper work had only name in it, not my insurers. When I rang DLG and pointed out that a letter of intent should have been sent, they told me that what I was said was wrong. Also informed me, which I know is totally baloney that had taken a separate court claim against Admiral insurance, they would have been naked on my claim paperwork. Check on Government website, I am correct. The court paper work contain stupid errors. Lastly my insurance company have told me the claim was settled in mid June, they have no idea why DLG are pursuing me. Furthermore I can’t make a complaint to a complaint team, I have to address my concerns to the person who is dealing with the case!! That’s going to be unbiased isn’t it. DLG do not have a complaint's email, a complaints manager or a compliance manger. How the hell does a legal company have any of the above? Caused so much stress, totally unnecessary. If I had gotten a letter of intent I could have questioned my insurer about the whole issue. Saving hours of my time and not stressing the hell out of me for no reason. In my eyes totally inept at following procedures, filling out paperwork, and telling the truth.
