i have made a claim on the 04/05/2025 as i was robbed while travelling todays date is now 06/07/25 and im still awaiting the outcome when ever i email them i have to wait a week for a response this has been an awful experience!!!!

After a medical emergency in Italy

After a medical emergency in Italy, Direct travel appointed a case manager who arranged a safe journey home which included special assistance at the airport and taxis from the hospital in Pisa and from Manchester airport. I'm pleased to say everything went smoothly and we returned safely. I really can't thank them enough!

Pregnancy advice

Direct Travel were really helpful when covering a trip whilst pregnant. I needed a bit of advice as there is so much conflicting information out there. They called me back and were really helpful and put my mind at rest :-)
