I asked for an immediate refund when I received DERMAWALL or dermawave. It was a small flimsy cheap plastic wand available for £5 in China sold to me for £49.99. They refused a refund. They first said if it had been opened or handled it could not be refunded. When I said it's still in its original packaging they said I had to 1. Use it first 2 record my progress of using it on video daily to prove it's been used!!; They said if I could then prove it has no effect they would refund it. BUT IT HAS TO BE UNOPENED AND NOT HANDLED !!!! THEY HAVE OUTRIGHT REFUSED A REFUND even though I said I would return it at my own cost. These are scammers and should be closed down. Date JULY 2025

This product is rubbish

This product is rubbish - I followed the instructions to the letter & it does not work at all. The reviews on the website are fake & the people selling it are scammers. Do not waste your money on this shit !!!

I have had to contact dermawand CS five times as the wands were only working for about four to five month, each time I got a replacement I was more gentle incase it stopped working again. The one year warranty is useless if the have to keep getting a replacement every three to for month as the strength is so weak it not doing anything. Each time a new video is sent and having to explain the same thing over and over again is ridiculous. The first original dermawand still works not not too strong the new ones are stronger in static but only good for three to four months before the strength is useless. They should stand behind their product and give two to three years knowing the product is being manufactured with cheap poor components. "After posting the above, I was contacted by customer service who stated that it was unusual, as the Dermawand usually lasted for years. She then asked for the number on the side of the Dermawand, which I provided, as it was always the request from customer service. However, over a month has passed, and still, not a single reply. It seems it was a tactic to make me believe they were concerned, but looking at the remarks of others, it has been a very popular problem. Having said that, the Dermawand does work, but only lasting for four months is not acceptable.

Poor customer service

It stopped working after 4 months. They require a video to prove I'm not lying. I wanted a refund, but that choice is only good for the first 30 days, which should have been a red flag. Now they require me to call so they can charge me more money to send a new one. Their customer service hours do not work for me, I'm a teacher and do not have time to make personal phone calls from work. They refuse to help me through email.. Am disgusted, that was $250 thrown out the window

I have been using the Dermawand pro…

I have been using the Dermawand pro twive a day for 3 months. Initially I thought my skin looked fresher but fif the past month i honestly think I look worse esoecially my neck that I have really concentrated on. It looks far worse and I have followed the excercises and instructions to the erletter. My skin looks crepeie. Will stok using it now and hope it improve

I was going to buy one

I was going to buy one. However after reading these reviews I've changed my mind. Can anyone recommend the best thing in face care for sun damaged skin? I tanned when I was younger and quit. However now I'm paying for it at 68. I look a lot older than I really am. Any suggestions? I've wasted so much money on products that say they do certain things and it's not true.

Please read if you'd like to know

After reading the description on a website that it's better than paying for a professional and it's just like the 'bigger machines', I just had to get one to test and prove it's aload of crap. Oh how I was right. I am one of those said professionals with big machines, we spend thousands to train and atleast at the minimum 2 years to also train and THIS little device is better than anything we could do or use?! Guys please don't fall for this crap. When I first started my beauty training I always thought the machines and treatments where just a money maker and didn't actually work, but after practicing on ourselves and clients I soon come to realise how much they actually make a difference! And ever since then I have done more and more training with different products and devices to be able to give our clients the best. This device does not do that! It makes allot of people suffer with very bad skin problems, some which can't be rectified without needles and professional removal (broken capillaries). Save you're skin and money.

Should be taken of sale

Bought this as a gift to myself . By the end of week 2 the bulb smashed . I’d have more luck buying a winning lotto ticket than getting g a new bulb or a response . Only wish I’d read reviews first ! I’m not the only one . I feel robbed of £99

Broken capillaries

The dermawand has left my skin with broken capillaries ALL OVER MY FACE leaving me red all the time. After pulling teeth, I returned the item about year ago and you can still see the broken capillaries under all the places I used the wand. I now am self conscious to leave the house without putting on foundation for the redness because people now always comment on how red my face is. I am not even in my mid 30’s yet, otherwise it could make sense to have my face covered with broken capillaries if I was in my 70’s due to age and lifestyle factors. I wish I could sue the company.
