Disappointed in power not lasting

This is my first review of a product. Honestly I’m torn with the rating I give because I think it’s a good product for me —When It Works. And that is the biggest problem. I have purchased full price about four Dermawands. I started with the regular strength then upgraded to the “PRO”. I loved the results. I use it once a day each morning.
I had to replace the Pro version twice now as its strength decreases after about four months of use. I send the company a video, explain that its strength has diminished dramatically and suddenly. They say they are sending me new devices, not refurbished but I’m starting to be skeptical because once again, the latest PRO wand I was sent has diminished power. I purchased the extra warranty but when I call they make me feel like, “That’s impossible, it must be how you are storing it or where you are plugging it in “.
I store it in the silver zippered pouch AND the box it shipped in , away from any shower or bath . I had to send the last one back and I have to keep paying shipping for the replacement wand.
I don’t think that is right especially when I purchased the extended warranty .
So here I am again, noticing the power is so much less than when I first got the wand. I will have to send a video, wait for an email, call customer service just to hear that it’s got to be something on my end and not their product.
After reading other reviews I’m thinking it’s the product.
