Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. Highly recommend
We completed this week after 6 months of wrangling over a document called Deed of Variation. Our case handler Lisa was friendly and very understanding and presented everything in a way we could understand. Can't praise Lisa enough and wish her and family well.

Very happy with th work of DC Law
I was very happy with my sale conducted using DC Law the solicitor Rachel was responsive and efficient. There were a few complications on the way, but Rachel worked to help me navigate these and bring the sale to a successful conclusion.

Shirena was unhelpful and curt to the point of rudeness in her emails. Communication and updates were kept to a minimum unless chased and then less than satisfactory responses received. At least one previous sale on the property fell through due to the length of time it took her to respond to queries raised by the purchasers solicitors. I would not recommend DC Law to anybody. A totally shoddy outfit.

Awful experience- DO NOT USE
Awful experience! Kayleigh was our solicitor and she was unfriendly, unhelpful and very UNAVAILABLE! We were so close to loosing our home. DC Law are the most unhelpful solicitors ever. I will never use you again! We managed to complete over 6 weeks late as another solicitor jumped in to help us. If you want to purchase or sell your home, DO NOT USE DCLAW!

I have completed the probate purchase of my house with DC Law. Rachael is very helpful and professional. She provided prompt responses to my questions and kept me update during the process. Everything is smooth except the lengthy probate process. The web portal is easy to use and good for tracking the whole process.
