Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. Complete Disaster avoid
Complete Disaster – Avoid at All Costs Working with DC Law has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any professional service. Five months into what should’ve been a straightforward property sale, and there’s still no end in sight. Now the buyer is starting to have doubts because of their incompetence. They do not communicate. Emails are ignored, phone calls go unanswered, and you're left completely in the dark unless you chase them relentlessly. Even then, you’re lucky to get a vague response. They move at a glacial pace and show absolutely no urgency, no accountability, and no respect for their clients’ time or money. Thanks to their delays, I’ve been forced to keep paying the mortgage and bills for a property I don’t even live in anymore — money down the drain because they are not bothered to get it done. Their lack of basic professionalism borders on negligence, and frankly, they shouldn't be allowed to operate like this. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the Legal Ombudsman, and I strongly urge others to stay far away. Use DC Law if you want stress, financial loss, and total silence from the people supposedly working for you

Very happy with the service provided by DC Law
Very happy with the service provided by DC Law and our conveyancer, Harry. The sale of our share of freehold/leasehold flat progressed smoothly and quickly and we were kept informed throughout on progress made. Fee structure is very fair, and clear from the beginning. The document management system is very easy to use and track action needed. I would strongly recommend based on our experience with DC Law

Misleading Claims by DC Law
DC Law states in its "Company details" on Trustpilot that "For two decades, DC Law has been providing a client-focused, nationwide service across its three UK offices". when Dorling Cottrell Limited, trading as DC Law was incorporated with Companies House in 2012, making it only 13 years old. This makes it impossible that DC Law has been providing services for "two decades". Similar false claims are made on DC Law's website.

Probate sale review
It's taken a while for my sale to go through but had confidence that my conveyancer Megan Koxha was working diligently on my behalf and chasing the buyers solicitor to keep the sale / exchange on track. Having the app was great as it meant that I was up to date and I didn't need to keep calling for updates.

I haven't heard from my conveyancer in…
I haven't heard from my conveyancer in over 4 weeks, not been a single update on the portal in the same amount of time. I ring in, takes 3-4 minutes to get through to anyone, and i'm told to email Info@, because so far leaving voicemails over the previous weeks and emails have achieved nothing. This is the worst experience i have had in quite some time.

Our experience with DC Law was amazing. We were updated with every step. Our conveyancer, Christopher Stones, was great. He was professional and efficient all the way through. Despite taking the process a year (house pulled out of the sale) it was a smooth transaction. Certainly would use again, especially Chris.
