Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

My ongoing experience with DC law is…
My ongoing experience with DC law is frustrating. I have read some good reviews here, but that is not my experience. We have missed completion dates due to failure of the DC law conveyancer to respond to emails, calls, and voice messages. I doubt the conveyancer reads emails! Few times the conveyancer picked, the conveyancer had promised call-back within a timeframe that never happened. I still have to chase and keep chasing. Someone mentioned Rachel Bogg in their review. I must say that Rachel has stepped in at times for the conveyancer and the experience with Rachel is good and encouraging. She appears to be proactive and knows what she is doing. She has left me with the benefit of doubt that the problem is not the firm as a whole, but the individual handling my transaction. Probably there are other factors that has negatively affected that individual. Nevertheless, the strength of an organisation is the strength of its weakest staff. The least that is expected is proper, timely, and accurate communication. This is important in conveyancing and is lacking in my experience with DC Law, so far.

Very efficient service from beginning to end
Very helpful, patient and responsive conveyancer, always available by email or phone and always responded quickly to queries. Cover was always provided if our conveyancer was out of the office so no loss of service. Reasonably priced. Dealt with queries from buyer’s solicitor with our best interests in mind. Easy to understand and transparent with costs from outset. eWay system very efficient from beginning to end. Would definitely use again, a very smooth and efficient service.

Highly negligent and appalling company. These are my buyer's solicitors and I'm about to lose my house sale due to their negligence and delays. I would warn anyone against using these solicitors.

I worked with Iain Flemming, and he was amazing. He was very helpful and would explain when we needed clarity. I also quite liked the eway platform that was used for the transactions. The only thing I thought could have been better was the communication and clarity at the beginning of the process, however as time went on - clarifications were made and the ride was smooth! Thanks Iain! I would totally use them again.

Brilliant service from Harry Cotton
We had Harry Cotton dealing with our sale and purchase. I can honestly say we were continually impressed with his professionalism and speed when dealing with every aspect of the process. Communication was brilliant, normally over email but we regularly got a phone call from him giving us an update on what the next steps were to complete quickly. Anytime something was uploaded to the portal he informed us and was alway happy to give guidance if there was something we were unsure on. Professional and pragmatic, If we ever need legal services in the future I will be going straight back to Harry at DC Law. Outstanding work ethic
Kirsty Rimmer at DC Law was absolutely incredible. I had a particularly difficult seller whose solicitors were unhelpful, unresponsive and downright rude to the point of swearing down the phone to Kirsty. Kirsty showed an outstanding work ethic, she remained calm and objective throughout the process and supported me at every step by being responsive and presenting me with all my options. Kirsty has been easily accessible both by email and phone and the communication has been clear and prompt. I also found DC law’s portal incredibly helpful as I could track all the activities and paperwork relating to my case online. I would wholeheartedly recommend DC law, my experience with them, in particular with Kirsty - has been 10/10 and as a first time buyer I am convinced that this transaction wouldn’t have successfully completed without somebody like Kirsty’s experience and professionalism.
