My ongoing experience with DC law is frustrating. I have read some good reviews here, but that is not my experience. We have missed completion dates due to failure of the DC law conveyancer to respond to emails, calls, and voice messages. I doubt the conveyancer reads emails! Few times the conveyancer picked, the conveyancer had promised call-back within a timeframe that never happened. I still have to chase and keep chasing. Someone mentioned Rachel Bogg in their review. I must say that Rachel has stepped in at times for the conveyancer and the experience with Rachel is good and encouraging. She appears to be proactive and knows what she is doing. She has left me with the benefit of doubt that the problem is not the firm as a whole, but the individual handling my transaction. Probably there are other factors that has negatively affected that individual. Nevertheless, the strength of an organisation is the strength of its weakest staff. The least that is expected is proper, timely, and accurate communication. This is important in conveyancing and is lacking in my experience with DC Law, so far.
