DASH Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Really enjoy all the Dash water flavours. So nice to find a soft drink that is 0 calories, not too sweet or full of artificial sweeteners. I have a subscription so boxes of drink arrive at my door. Whenever I've had a query I get excellent quick and helpful response from the customer service team

We have been enjoying Dash water for some time; it's great to find a zero calorie drink with nothing artificial in it and that actually tastes nice. Our latest order arrived damaged (a can was missing and there was a damp patch in its place). I sent Dash an email at 1630 and by 0700 the following morning had received a reply saying a replacement pack had been sent out. Outstanding customer service from Alex.
This is the best flavoured water I have ever had, so refreshing and even better no sweeteners or sugar I would highly recommend this to my friends

Have only recently tried this product and really liked it. The 50% discount was a big bonus and the ordering and delivery was so easy.

Blackcurrant and raspberry okay taste but omg the mango and peach are truly awful, whatever the fruit used does not taste of peach or mango. The after taste is so metallic Very disappointed in the product, I will not reorder.

I absoloutely love the flavour of the dash waters. I have one every day and it's a great alternative from a glass of wine when i'm trying to be good ! The service has always been quick and efficient and recently i had a query with them. The team answered my email within 5 minutes and within another 5 minutes the query was resolved. You can't get better service than that :)

Fantastic customer service so far. I placed an initial order without the discount code going through. I emailed the help desk, on a Saturday evening and Alex dealt with it and refunded me the 50% discount within hours. I hope the product is as good as the service!
