DASH Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Really enjoy all the Dash water flavours. So nice to find a soft drink that is 0 calories, not too sweet or full of artificial sweeteners. I have a subscription so boxes of drink arrive at my door. Whenever I've had a query I get excellent quick and helpful response from the customer service team

We have been enjoying Dash water for some time; it's great to find a zero calorie drink with nothing artificial in it and that actually tastes nice. Our latest order arrived damaged (a can was missing and there was a damp patch in its place). I sent Dash an email at 1630 and by 0700 the following morning had received a reply saying a replacement pack had been sent out. Outstanding customer service from Alex.
This is the best flavoured water I have ever had, so refreshing and even better no sweeteners or sugar I would highly recommend this to my friends

Speedy delivery. Great taste (raspberry or lemon my fave, peach my least so) A little expensive but helps me reach for a healthier drink than a G&T or wine so can’t complain. Would recommend.

I love these waters! Being diabetic, I have to be careful what I drink. Plain water is boring and regular fizzy drinks contain too much sugar or sweetener which has an awful taste. Dash is just fizzy water with a delicate lemon taste - ice cold and it really hits the spot! Quenches thirst more than any other drink in my opinion. Although I can get these from my local supermarket, I find it more convenient to obtain them from Dash directly. I order a box of 48 cans every 2 or 3 weeks to keep me stocked up. Thank you to the team at Dash for coming up with something so simple but yet very effective and good to the planet too!

Easy to order and with discount made the product really great value for money. Case of single flavour (lime) arrived v quickly and was consumed just as fast. Great taste and everyone in the family who tried it said how refreshing it was and great that it tasted natural and not sugary sweet Repeat order coming up!

I love dash water. I have recently substituted fizzy,sugary drinks with dash water… I feel more energised and less bloated.

I feel like the marketing is misleading as it says it only has spring water, bubbles and wonky fruit in it but when it was delivered, there is natural flavourings, fruit extract and citric acid on the ingredients list. I try to follow Medical Medium so natural flavourings and citric acid is a no go for me. I have seen drinks where it is just fruit juice and spring water so it is possible, maybe more calories, but I rather have more calories than natural flavours where I don’t know how they were made and what they are made of. I gave 3 because the process to buy was easy and it was a fast delivery and trying to be fair.
