DASH Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Really enjoy all the Dash water flavours. So nice to find a soft drink that is 0 calories, not too sweet or full of artificial sweeteners. I have a subscription so boxes of drink arrive at my door. Whenever I've had a query I get excellent quick and helpful response from the customer service team

We have been enjoying Dash water for some time; it's great to find a zero calorie drink with nothing artificial in it and that actually tastes nice. Our latest order arrived damaged (a can was missing and there was a damp patch in its place). I sent Dash an email at 1630 and by 0700 the following morning had received a reply saying a replacement pack had been sent out. Outstanding customer service from Alex.
This is the best flavoured water I have ever had, so refreshing and even better no sweeteners or sugar I would highly recommend this to my friends

I love Dash drinks! At the moment the Lime one is my favourite, closely followed by Raspberry! Not only do they make amazing tasting drinks, Dash also have amazing customer support. I got in a muddle editing my order. I emailed the Dash team & Alex sorted it straight away. You canβt ask for more! π

I heard about Dash from listening to a podcast where the founders were interviewed by Holly Tucker. I was so impressed with their vision and ethics so thought Iβd give them a try and I am SO glad I did! Iβve tried most of the flavours and decided on Lime and then Lemon as my 1st and 2nd faves. Iβm not so keen on the other flavours as they are too βscentedβ for me, but thatβs just a personal thing of course. Iβm looking forward to trying the new grapefruit!
