DASH Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Really enjoy all the Dash water flavours. So nice to find a soft drink that is 0 calories, not too sweet or full of artificial sweeteners. I have a subscription so boxes of drink arrive at my door. Whenever I've had a query I get excellent quick and helpful response from the customer service team

We have been enjoying Dash water for some time; it's great to find a zero calorie drink with nothing artificial in it and that actually tastes nice. Our latest order arrived damaged (a can was missing and there was a damp patch in its place). I sent Dash an email at 1630 and by 0700 the following morning had received a reply saying a replacement pack had been sent out. Outstanding customer service from Alex.
This is the best flavoured water I have ever had, so refreshing and even better no sweeteners or sugar I would highly recommend this to my friends

Addicted. I don’t really drink any fizzy soft drinks and have also been trying to cut down on coffee. I’m really enjoying a can of Dash in the afternoon whilst working. It instantly refreshes and is thoroughly thirst-quenching without all the unhealthy ingredients found in other fizzy canned drinks. I would love if the packaging wasn’t a tin and rather something re-sealable, but that might be in their product development pipeline. My favourite flavours are raspberry and the current limited run grapefruit. It’s a splurge given the current inflation making food and drink so expensive, but I hope to continue to treat myself. We’ve also been stocking these in the mini fridge in our Airbnb, and our guests are equally loving them.

Love this 'healthier' alternative to a fizzy drink. My fav flavour is actually cucumber, followed very closely by mango. If you like sparkling water then give this a go I'm fairly certain you won't be disappointed :)

Excellent subscription to a multi flavour pack of Dash Water. I love every flavour in there, well apart from the blackcurrant, as I’m not a fan of blackcurrant full stop. Wish could keep my subscription but change the blackcurrant for the amazing lime flavour. By the way, have you lovely lot considered an orange version? Orange, nectarine, satsuma, tangerine, just anything with that kind of flavour. Oh before I go, how about a lemon & lime flavour too!

Not only are the drinks delicious but Dash’s customer service team are fantastic! Had a bit of an issue and Alex came back to me within a few minutes and had sorted the whole situation, to beyond a satisfactory level, in less than an hour. We are super grateful and will continue to have Dash as a staple in our home for sure!
