DASH Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Really enjoy all the Dash water flavours. So nice to find a soft drink that is 0 calories, not too sweet or full of artificial sweeteners. I have a subscription so boxes of drink arrive at my door. Whenever I've had a query I get excellent quick and helpful response from the customer service team

We have been enjoying Dash water for some time; it's great to find a zero calorie drink with nothing artificial in it and that actually tastes nice. Our latest order arrived damaged (a can was missing and there was a damp patch in its place). I sent Dash an email at 1630 and by 0700 the following morning had received a reply saying a replacement pack had been sent out. Outstanding customer service from Alex.
This is the best flavoured water I have ever had, so refreshing and even better no sweeteners or sugar I would highly recommend this to my friends

I love the products and don’t hardly drink anything else (other than hot drinks) but when I messed up my order by not adding my discount code and managing to put one flavour on subscription (which I didn’t want to do), customer services immediately refunded the difference and removed the subscription - literally in 5 mins. So not only is their product fabulous, their customer service is too….delivery is also quick and efficient - perfect Company!

I cancelled my subscription with Anna head of customer service months ago because you messed around with my first order back in January! Can you tell me why you have now decided to take £48 out of my account for an order I didn’t make!! I want this order cancelled immediately and you need to issue a refund for the money you have stollen from my account!

I really love the product and have been getting it delivered for a while now. This time my package was slightly damaged during delivery and Alex in customer support responded very quickly and was really helpful in providing a replacement. Definitely recommend using Dash.

I'm way too obsessed with this water!!! I now have at least 2 a day and can't be without any in the house. What I love is that it's curved my alcohol intake - I now reach for this instead of a glass of wine in the evenings.

DASH is a delicious healthy alternative to fizzy drinks. Starting to drink DASH has really helped me to drink less sugary drinks. I don't drink tea or coffee so I really enjoy one of these for an afternoon pick-me-up. I love the variety of flavours as well.
