One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I received my order within four days across the other side of the country. Bottles were packaged excellent. And the selection is by far the best I seen. They have so many things I struggle to find in my local liquor store.

Prices quite reasonable on my items. Fast free shipping (minimum purchase). Would like to get more 1.75L selection, but can't complain. Hooray for "click for booze at your doorstep."

All is good. We would order more often with a lower FREE SHIPPING threshold. Premium boxed wines would be a good addition.

After being disappointed that my shipment didn't arrive on-time, I waited a few extra days expecting to hear something (delay in shipping, unusually high ordering volume) - anything to explain why my order didn't arrive. Nothing. So I started looking into this myself. Turns out, my shipment was 'broken' by the carrier, and deemed 'unable to deliver.' Sure, I was upset when I reached out to customer service, (no update, no word, no nothing) - so what response did I get? No, not a generic 'we're so sorry' or 'we're doing the best we can to fix this,' Nope. Instead, it was attitude. "Once this shipment is returned to us, we can replace the broken products and then send your order out." What a joke. The shipping carrier stated "this shipment cannot be delivered" and that's my fault?? I had to tell YOU that the shipment was broken, you never communicated to ME, the customer. And then, after getting paid by me, and paid by the insurance on the shipping damage - you still wanted to wait and see if anything was salvageable before even attempting to make it right? Well, you can keep your 10% coupon. I won't be ordering from you again. A lot of the products I wanted where either out of stock, or in the wrong size - on top of you lack in concern that products actually make it to the customers. If your going to proactively tell customers there is a problem, please don't get upset with them when it's pointed out to you. I'm not being a pest asking for my order to be fulfilled, I'm being a customer. Or at least, I was.

The online store offers a large variety of wines and spirits at very competitive prices. Delivery is always right on schedule and the product is very securely packaged. This is my favorite online store for this type of merchandise.

Shopping here is easy and affordable. They have a great selection and they are very speedy in getting your purchases packed and shipped quickly. The bottles are always securely packaged and, to date, there has been no damage. We have shopped here twice and will do so again.

This is a very useful service! Prices are good and delivery time is reasonable given current conditions. The extra bottles of wine are a real bonus and I have enjoyed the ones I’ve received.
