This was a surprise gift for someone returning home from the Mideast after completing their service commitment. Shipping went well Unfortunately the note and signature were not there or easy to see as they did not know who sent it

Your prices are good. I was upset because for 2 days I was told my package shipped and my friend would receive like the next day which I was totally shocked but that is what it kept saying. Then I looked is then it had changed to not being delivered until the following Monday which was 5 days later. I don't understand why it said delivering by Wed at 9pm at first. Then when it got up to them not sure why but they said they tried delivering 2 times before my friend actually got the package and both times someone was at their house. A little frustrating with the shipping process.

I could find no one to deliver to my parents address until I found CWS. Not only did they deliver they delivered on time and gifted a bonus bottle of merlot. Customer service responded promptly to my email in reference to my request for my parents anniversary. I love this place. I have already recommended it to several friends.
