Good product - Bad customer service

After being disappointed that my shipment didn't arrive on-time, I waited a few extra days expecting to hear something (delay in shipping, unusually high ordering volume) - anything to explain why my order didn't arrive. Nothing. So I started looking into this myself. Turns out, my shipment was 'broken' by the carrier, and deemed 'unable to deliver.' Sure, I was upset when I reached out to customer service, (no update, no word, no nothing) - so what response did I get? No, not a generic 'we're so sorry' or 'we're doing the best we can to fix this,' Nope. Instead, it was attitude. "Once this shipment is returned to us, we can replace the broken products and then send your order out." What a joke. The shipping carrier stated "this shipment cannot be delivered" and that's my fault?? I had to tell YOU that the shipment was broken, you never communicated to ME, the customer. And then, after getting paid by me, and paid by the insurance on the shipping damage - you still wanted to wait and see if anything was salvageable before even attempting to make it right? Well, you can keep your 10% coupon. I won't be ordering from you again. A lot of the products I wanted where either out of stock, or in the wrong size - on top of you lack in concern that products actually make it to the customers. If your going to proactively tell customers there is a problem, please don't get upset with them when it's pointed out to you. I'm not being a pest asking for my order to be fulfilled, I'm being a customer. Or at least, I was.
