The days of travel agents is not over...
I thought the days of travel agents was over, but Crystal Travel proved that they are alive and fully functioning. My contact was Sergio who was kind and patient with me. I had a lot going on and wouldn't call him back when we'd agreed to speak. But once I locked in he and his manager Munir were EXCELLENT. They helped put together an itenary for India, so that I could take my mother and daughter to Agra and the Taj Mahal, then head south to Kerala. It was like speaking to friends you'd met at a dinner party, they not only suggested places for me to visit, but also provided photos as we spoke. I had to adsk them to stop as I was on the brink of handing in my notice so that I could visit all the wonderful places they suggested. I'm very happy with the service, as I wouldn't be able to focus on putting together the itenary they did, which includes flights, hotel, a guide and driver, meaning that from as soon as we land we'll be looked after until we're dropped back at the airport. I'm so grateful and excited to go on this adventure. Thank you Sergio and Munir for all your efforts.

Very professional service with competitive prise.
This was my first experience with Crystal Travel and wonderful experience. In first conversation only I found staff Jack in particular very professional, experienced, very polite, and full of support. He exactly knew what I am looking for and helped in best way.
