The days of travel agents is not over...

I thought the days of travel agents was over, but Crystal Travel proved that they are alive and fully functioning. My contact was Sergio who was kind and patient with me. I had a lot going on and wouldn't call him back when we'd agreed to speak. But once I locked in he and his manager Munir were EXCELLENT. They helped put together an itenary for India, so that I could take my mother and daughter to Agra and the Taj Mahal, then head south to Kerala. It was like speaking to friends you'd met at a dinner party, they not only suggested places for me to visit, but also provided photos as we spoke. I had to adsk them to stop as I was on the brink of handing in my notice so that I could visit all the wonderful places they suggested. I'm very happy with the service, as I wouldn't be able to focus on putting together the itenary they did, which includes flights, hotel, a guide and driver, meaning that from as soon as we land we'll be looked after until we're dropped back at the airport. I'm so grateful and excited to go on this adventure. Thank you Sergio and Munir for all your efforts.

A scam

I booked a flight to the phillipines, firstly they tried to scam me over the phone and tried to tell me I had booked a business class seat on a shorter, more expensive flight. My flight duration then got changed from 17h to 27h, as of this I changed my flight to the day prior, only to find out the day before I fly that they in fact did not change my flight (even after conformation) leading to missing internal connecting flights.

Excellent customer service.

Initially the booking for very straightforward and easy, then the airline kept moving the times. Sam Jones was brilliant, he rearranged the flights to fit in with the times that we wanted and still managed to get the four of us sat together! Excellent customer service. Huge thank you to Sam ☺️

Exceptional service

I used crystal travel to book an international flight from UK to Bangladesh. Ronald is the person that assisted me through the booking process. He was very patient, knowledgeable and gave me two hours of him time to find a suitable and affordable flight. I would highly recommend booking through this site especially when people like Ronald are there to help. I am very pleased with the service I received.
