I had a wonderful training experience with Natalja. I came in with low confidence and she addressed my concerns and helped me gain full confidence in my skills and abilities with her lip injection technique and consultation method. I have left feeling excited to see clients for lip enhancement.
I had a brilliant experience on today’s lip injection course, and I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have been taught by Natalja. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole session. Her teaching style is very clear and practical — she really took the time to explain the anatomy, techniques, and safety aspects in a way that made sense and felt manageable, even when things got a bit technical. I especially appreciated how hands-on the session was. Natalja was there every step of the way, giving thoughtful feedback and guidance while also allowing us space to grow and build confidence. The live model experience was especially valuable, and I genuinely walked away feeling more capable and reassured in my own abilities. You can tell she really cares about her students doing well and keeping patients safe. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their lip technique — and Natalja’s such a gem of a trainer!

I had an excellent day with the nurse Melanie, who with knowledge and patience guided me through the entire stage of theoretical and practical learning, despite the difficulties inherent to the language (I'm Brazilian) she knew how to bring me security and confidence in training. Lovely team of people teaching and helping, so friendly. Theory of courses taught in depth but in a way that can be understood and mentorship during practicals is amazing. Such a well worth day and money well spent.

Honestly, Love the staff. Came back in for a review and was hoping to get a review from another doctor with a different perspective, Got a review from the doctor that did my procedure which has gone so terribly wrong. I've been here before, but i will never come back. The results are getting even worse and I spent $500 that I really didn't have, but just wanted to feel confident moving forward in my career with national speaking engagements. I am actually too embarrassed right now to leave my house.

I am impressed by the company's adherence to good practice and ethics. I was in antibiotics at the time of my visit due to an infection in my face but was advised that my fillers procedure should be postponed. Disappointing, but I appreciate and respect the decision and the staff's caring approach to client safety. xxxxx
