I had a wonderful training experience with Natalja. I came in with low confidence and she addressed my concerns and helped me gain full confidence in my skills and abilities with her lip injection technique and consultation method. I have left feeling excited to see clients for lip enhancement.
I had a brilliant experience on today’s lip injection course, and I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have been taught by Natalja. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole session. Her teaching style is very clear and practical — she really took the time to explain the anatomy, techniques, and safety aspects in a way that made sense and felt manageable, even when things got a bit technical. I especially appreciated how hands-on the session was. Natalja was there every step of the way, giving thoughtful feedback and guidance while also allowing us space to grow and build confidence. The live model experience was especially valuable, and I genuinely walked away feeling more capable and reassured in my own abilities. You can tell she really cares about her students doing well and keeping patients safe. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their lip technique — and Natalja’s such a gem of a trainer!

I have been going to cos courses for my botox & filler for a few years now. They are very professional, i always feel at ease. Everything is explained properly & Fiona is always lovely & reassuring. I have always been happy with the results. The reception girls are always very welcoming & friendly.

First time fillers and botox, sorry but cant remember her name, but she was fab. Put me at ease and reassured me throughout the procedure. Went back for more fillers as a model. The student was excellent and the same lady overseeing. Very happy with the results and have booked in for more :-)

The staff here are very welcoming and Xmas treats on offer. They really look after you whilst having your treatments done and always ensure you are happy with the results and care given. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. First class 5 star all round. Thank you 🥰

Came here for some lip fillers. The trainer was very patronising and I did not like the way she injected my lips. She did not let the trainer do much injecting either. My lips are very uneven, one side is noticeably larger than the other and my lips have only got noticeable volume in the middle parts. When she said she was finished I asked for a little bit more in the bottom lip as I felt the ratios were awful. My top lip was a lot bigger than the bottom and I didn’t like it. Eventually, after a lot of persuasion she put the tiniest bit in the bottom. I hate my lips now I would not go back here again. I did not feel like the trainer had much compassion at all.
