The platform is pretty good. Submitted a request and received offers from lawyers that seemed to be up for the task. The platform is stable and reliable. In terms of response time, it depends on the lawyer you work with. If you need a rush project, perhaps state this clearly in your request.

The entire process was so easy. We needed a lawyer to help with the sale of our small business. We had many proposals the first day and ultimately chose a lawyer who had a ton of experience buying/selling businesses in our industry already (fitness). First class experience all the way through.

When I called the Contracts Counsel, I did not have a clue about anyone’s past or reputation, other than years and areas of expertise. I found out later you see the attorney’s past, education, preferences, etc. on other pages. I chose Jane Cowles based on her expertise and likes r/t business contracts, etc. If you believe in the adage, “it was meant to be”, then you will understand my explanation of my interactions w/ Jane Cowles. From DAY ONE, Jane was very engaging and most interested in my case w/ credit card debt. Jane did not waste a minute…..she bolted out of the gate and negotiated sizeable decreases on each card and one personal loan. She would 3-way me into the calls w/ the creditors each time a negotiated settlement was discussed. Jane went “above and beyond the call of duty” when coming to settlement agreements.
