The attorney called which was to be a free consultation. She was informative however nothing I did not learn I my research. I followed up with a question, when she requested payment, and did not hear back. Would not hire again.

I decided to use ContractsCounsel based on the good reviews on here. It was my first time hiring an attorney in my life. Without going too much into details of either the contract or attorneys, I had a bad experience from the start; the first attorney disappeared out of nowhere, prompting a refund request, and the second didn't match my expectations for what in my opinion is a significant sum ($700 to review a 10-page document). I'm not questioning whether the attorneys had the qualifications or not, I'm sure they did. I just didn't like the experience of using a platform that is so detached from my needs when I was facing a lot of pressure. If you need legal advice on occasional contracts and don't mind the price tag, this may be the platform for you; other than that I wouldn't recommend it.
