I created a job posting and got multiple bids the same day. I chose an attorney to write my Terms and Conditions and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. After a couple phone calls going over everything, he got it written up way more thoroughly than any online generator and at a very decent price. I will definitely use Contracts Counsel again.

This was my UX before discovering this service: On Friday between my lunch break and 3 hours after EST working hours while PST were still working, I spent ~3-4 hours googling, emailing, and calling multiple lawyer to figure out how to have someone review my situation and employment contract. (I've never hired a lawyer so I didn't know where to begin. I'm glad I followed up with phone calls, because a lot of emails to places where the website said they offered this service, when I called said the person on the phone said they didn't.) I eventually discovered the BAR association does a referral thing so requested that on Friday. This was my UX after discovering this service: I signed up for this service on Friday as well and got a response from a Veteran Lawyer 10 minutes later. He was extremely knowledgeable professional and helpful, where I felt like I got a great value for the price paid, and I only paid $500, which is extremely fair since my research showed the service tends to cost $250-$750. Ben reviewed what I sent him over the weekend and contacted me early morning Monday. Everything was completed resolved with a 1 business day turn around time. Of the 10 feelers I'd put out on Friday, one had gotten back to me about scheduling a information gathering call, when the entire issue had already been resolved.

We are an international software business based in Europe and needed advice on our contracts to enter the US market. We spoke to a number of attorneys before engaging Contracts Counsel and were quoted some pretty steep fees with some risk that the final bill would be much higher. Then we tried Contracts Counsel and received very well priced offers with great turn around times. We're delighted with the service received so far and will definitely use the platform for our other contract requirements.

I was charged two payments, paid in full, but have not received anything to complete the project. My mother and I have no idea what’s going on and are totally confused on what we need to do. The lawyer has a calendly service to schedule calls with her but she sent a message saying it doesn’t work. We either need assistance or a refund.

The UI is a bit "busy" and "how things are done" isn't very straight forward. My initial frustration with my attorney found its root with the complicated navigation of the website. All in all, I got what I needed for a good price and in glad Contract Counsel was here to help.
